30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at orders@celestepaws.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return if they have been opened, used, or altered:

• Cat Litter Odor Neutralizer
• Activated Carbon Filters
• Any consumable, refill, or replacement component

Opened consumable products cannot be returned.

Stainless XL Litter System Returns

The CelestePaws Stainless XL Litter System may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

• It has not been used
• It is returned in its original packaging
• It is free from damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper assembly

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:

• A damaged item
• A defective item
• An incorrect item shipped by CelestePaws

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after approval.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at orders@celestepaws.com.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at orders@celestepaws.com. Exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability.
