Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping locations
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Shipping methods & delivery time
Estimated delivery time (after processing) is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on your address and order details.
Order tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Incorrect address / undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it (additional shipping may apply) or issue a refund minus shipping costs, where applicable.
Delayed shipments
Carrier delays can happen due to weather, peak seasons, or other events outside our control. If your order seems delayed, email us and we’ll help you track it.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging/product so we can make it right.
